2000㎥ food waste treatment project

200 tons/day food waste treatment project adopts CSTR treatment process, anaerobic unit is 2000㎥,double film biogas holder is 800㎥. After the solid waste is pre-treated, degreasing and crushed, it is pumped into the CSTR anaerobic reactor for biomass reaction, ensuring proper TS (%), reaction temperature (℃), and pH (PH=6.8~7.0). Most organic matter is degraded under working conditions. In the process of organic matter degradation, a large amount of new energy-biogas can be produced. More than 55% of the biogas produced is methane gas. Therefore, the biogas can be used to generate electricity or burn boilers after treatment by purification equipment. The generated electric energy or heat can not only be used in industry In daily life, the waste heat generated by the equipment can also heat the anaerobic reactor to ensure that the anaerobic reactor can carry out biomass energy reaction within a suitable temperature range.
